Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026. These terms cover the website and the live demo.
What this is
This site shows an early open-source project and lets you try its drafting step on fictional sample data. The demo is free and comes as is. It may be rate limited, changed, or taken down at any time without notice.
Using the demo
- The demo is for trying the tool. Don't use it to write messages for real outreach, and don't type personal details about yourself or anyone else into it.
- Don't try to get around the rate limits, poke at the API, or use the demo in a way that costs the maintainer money or breaks it for others.
- The sender and the contacts in the demo are fictional. Drafts about them are examples, not facts about anyone.
Generated content
A large language model writes the drafts from the inputs described in the Privacy Policy. They can be wrong, awkward, or a bad fit. What you do with them is on you. The demo never sends email for you and never contacts anyone.
The software
The command-line tool is open source, and the plan is to release it under the MIT License. The license file in the repository governs how you can use the code. The tool runs on your machine with your own API keys. When you use it, you're responsible for following the terms of the services you connect it to, such as Anthropic and Google, and the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and data-protection rules.
No warranty
This site, the demo, and the software come with no warranty of any kind. As far as the law allows, the maintainer isn't liable for any loss that comes from using them.
Changes
If these terms change, so will the date at the top. Questions go to the GitHub repository.
